Section 153 of the Companies Act, 2013 Read with Rule 11 of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.
As per section 153 of the Companies Act, 2013,
Every Individual intended to be appointed as Director of the Company, shall make an application for allotment of DIN to the Central Government in such form and in such manner along with such fees as may be prescribed.
The Form DIR 5 has to be certified by Director’s Digital signature whose DIN is being surrendered along with Digital Signature of Professional
